Sheraton Perimeter Renovations

Narrative:

This project was to modernize the public spaces at a Sheraton that had not been remodeled in 10 years.  The enclosed dining area was opened to the lobby, the bar redesigned, pre-function space added, new reception pods, club member lounge refinished, and the main lobby refinished.

Area:  New 1500 s.f. and 5000 s.f. renovated          Phase:  Completed Fall 2019          Cost:  $1,500,000
