NARRATIVE:
The first phase of the project consisted of updating the exterior to the current brand standards. This required a squared up cornice, stone features and a new porte cochere. Working closely with the brand, aesthetic yet economical answers were able to be developed. Interior work consists of new soft good in the rooms and new finishes in the bathrooms as well as ADA compliance with the newest codes. Lobby renovations include a pantry redesign and new market area.
